Broken Road to 100K — Take Two

The Broken Road to 100K challenge has officially restarted.

This is not a “revenge run” and not an attempt to rush back what was lost.

It’s a reset — built on clearer rules, stricter risk management, and a stronger respect for process.

The first attempt ended the hard way. Holding trades, expecting reversals, and drifting away from the very principles this project stands for: discipline, execution, and risk control. That failure mattered — because it exposed what happens when conviction replaces structure.

This second run starts differently.

The framework

  • 1% risk per trade
  • Target of ~2% per day, ~10% per week
  • A rough projection of ~49 weeks to reach the goal — not a hard rule
  • No pressure on timing: the market decides the pace

The objective is not to force performance, but to execute cleanly, day after day.

Some weeks will exceed expectations. Others will fall short. That’s part of the road.

This challenge is not about proving that profits are easy.

It’s about proving that consistency is built through survival, patience, and restraint.

The road is broken.

That’s the point.

Discipline is built when conditions are difficult — not when everything goes right.
