The Traders’ Light respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated information.

1. How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your data, please submit a request using the contact form available on this page.

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

In your message, please include the following information so we can properly identify your account:

• The email address used to sign in
• The authentication provider used (Google, Facebook, or similar)

2. What data is deleted

Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account
• Associated profile information
• Journaling sessions and related data
• Any personal identifiers linked to your account

3. Processing time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. This delay allows us to verify the request and comply with legal or technical requirements.

4. Irreversibility

Once completed, data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the platform again.
